Rental Policy |
| Rentals require a 50% deposit to hold them for your special day. The rental balance is due on the day of the event. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the event or the deposit is subject to forfeiture. In cases of rain or inclement weather, the deposit will be fully refunded as long as the cancellation is made prior to delivery. We will always call you in advance to confirm setup. |

| All of our Inflatables and equipment are meticulously cleaned and serviced after each rental. We want you to be comfortable in knowing that you are providing your family and guests with fresh and hygienic rental products. Our Inflatables are all safety-rated and exceed industry safety standards. This means that they are built with safety in mind, using the latest in high-security designs and fire retardant materials. |

Concession Supplies |
| We sell supplies for all of our concession equipment, call our office for quotes on larger parties. We do charge a delivery fee to deliver just tables and chairs, concessions, and carnival games. |
